1 seizure in 4 months would not be a reason to change dose. as much as we may want it. very few dogs ever stop compleatly Dylan has made it as long as 11 months I was so looking forward to hitting the 1 year mark. didnt happen. he has to have a compo of meds too but he has potassium bromide maybe sw...

I give dylan extra doses after his seizures I also give him a "boost" before I go to work if the weather is calling for strong thunderstorms. especially if the levels are low to start with. at one time my vet suggested splitting dyland dose to 3 times he thought he might be metobol...

another border collie, what a shame.

reduseing the PB is not a good thing
and finding a good vet isnt easy but well worth it.
mine isnt an expert, but he cares and is learning more all the time.

we used to let Dylan have free roam of the house, but now most of his seizures are at nite, or while he is sleeping we keep him in the bed room with us. either with the door shut or a baby gate accrossed it, our bedroom is upstairs, and we had major worries about him and the stairs. we are lucky in ...

I have tried cuz Dylan sometimes gets a very bad attitude, even before the siezures started. never just out of the blue like that, but he has issues with certian...
