Last evening she had a seizure. She had gone through 30 days without one! Normally she has three episodes at a time. We are now waiting for number 2 and 3...I hope they never come...

Hi Thank you for your replies. At present after adding the bromite to the pexion Amber was seizure free for 28 days in the first month and then it was 25 on the second. As a result the vet prescribed Keppra today and she is so groggy and unstable! It is heartbreaking... Really thinking about skippin...

Hi Thank you for the welcome. Amber has been diagnosed with grand mal seizures after a battery of tests.They could not find anything wrong with her so it is idiopathic. I am a little worried about her at the moment. She is taking pexion,bromite and today we had to start on keppa...she is very groggy...

I don't know what was your experience with Pexion but in our case it only provided 14 days seizure free which is why we are now combining it with bromi...
