Morgan
Morgan is gone. We gave her back to God Wednesday morning. The one med that finally stopped her seizures, Lyrica, fried her kidneys. She was only a baby, I just can't believe she is gone.

Re: New Here But Not To Epilepsy
Welcome, I am sorry you had to join us. Even though you don't have his seizures totally gone, it seems you have come along way with learning to live with it. I think that was the biggest breakthrough for me, when I stopped wanting to "cure" her and just found ways to live with it. We are 3 years thi...

Morgan turned 4 yeaterday
It really isn't a success story, but still remarkable. For a little girl with uncontrolled seizures since she was 7 months old, we are not complaining. Still tweaking meds and now trying a chiropractor.

Sorry you had to join us. Here are some hugs..hug,hug,hug. I have been dealing with this for almost 3 years now. Because Morgan's seizures are not controlled, it has not gotten easier for me, but I have learned to deal with it better. The worst mistake I made was not getting better educated and tota...

Morgan had gone 5 1/2 months without a seizure ( her longest run ever) and then had a Grand Mal within 8 hours of getting Heartworm meds .Now the best we have gotten is 1 month. The only thing I can wash her in is Dawn Dishwashing soap. The triggers are amazing. Now if only we could get our Vets to ...
