Seizures brought on by an empty stomach

My dog vomits bile every time she has a seizure. Vets say that its the seizure causing the vomiting, but i'm curious if it is the other way around. I *think* that her seizures are brought on by an empty stomach. After her first seizure, we didn't change anything. At this point she was eating 2 meals...

Thank you both for your thoughtful replies. I absolutely hate that there is no way to get total peace of mind from any treatment. We used to let Daisy sleep wherever she wanted - sometimes that was on the couch, the floor by our bed, on our bed, or she would choose her crate. Lately we have been kee...
