It actually quite heart broken watching dog from your webcam. I does that last time, and I saw my dog was actually waiting me at the door for whole day. And the moment I reach home, he can sense that Im coming and he just barking so loud and happy.

I think the owner himself can be a good trainer, instead of getting a trainer. As you need the trainer to take times to get used with the dog and built a relationship first. My friend claims that she was able to talk to the animal. But she don't want to teach us. However, she mainly can read cats mind, not sure for a dog.
