Hi there I am very interested in your post, as it was discovered after MRI scans, that my dog Poppy had hydrocephalus. Poppy has narrowed tubes which do not drain the fluid away from the brain as normal, and after a second MRI scan for comparison, the Neurologist concluded that this was a congenital...

Since being on Pb, we have not had another seizure (and I hope it stays that way!). I also have a stash of rect...

Hi Kim & Misty Agree with Skrpio on this - the vaccines could have a lot to do with your pups seizures, herding dogs are hyper sensitive to many things. Also what wormer was used? Miblemax has caused problems in collies. I hope this link works re Ivermectin wormers and collies http://66.102.9.104/se...

Hi there Sorry to hear Barney is having a rough time. I had great success with the rectal valium with Poppy, it's quite easy, the valium is in a tube which you administer as soon as poss afer fitting starts (I can even manage this whilst Poppy is thrashing about and it does bring her out of the seiz...

Hi there to everyone on this wonderful site Just to post that Poppy is almost 1 year seizure free!! In the dark days at the beginning of her condition, I never felt that there was much hope of a normal life for Poppy and me - but I was wrong, I am so pleased that Poppy responded so well to Pb. I sti...
