Re: My story ... so far

hi Colleen, Thanks ... even if a person doesn't have anything "new' to add it's a blessing just to get a response and supportive words ... at least with a consensus of those willing to take the time to offer their thoughts I feel like I'm on the right track( if there is one) and less apt to do somet...

Re: My story ... so far

Hi Colleen, I'm sure that what I'm seeing is probably a combo of the post-ictal phase and the new med of Pb being added ... she hasn't had a bad round of seizure's in 3 mos. ... everything's has been single mild seizure's spaced out usually starting in the evening and ending the next morning with a ...

Hi Vivian, aaahh ... still pacing about the same ... maybe more and better only cause she seem's a lil' more steady on her feet which help's her go, go, go, more and still bumping into everything and dribbling constantly as the water goes straight thru her ... I'm sure it'll get better with time, I ...

Re: My story ... so far

hi Cynthia, "I can sense your frustration" ... my biggest frustration is that the whole time I've done nutting but try to find a med that would help and find some way to help stop the cluster's when they happen ... still working on the possibility of a med that will help and as far as stopping the c...

Re: My story ... so far

Hi Lynne, "It's like they've forgotten who pays them and the oath they took" ... this is a big part of the problem ... in my opinion .... vet's aren't getting rich like people doctor's but it's still all about the bottom line and making a profit ... there in lie's my problem cause they all know I do...

Re: My story ... so far

Hi Vivian, There is no profit to be made in accepting another's test's and you can't cover your behind if you base your decision's on tests you didn't even have done yourself. At this point from what I've read from all of you I'd say that we are on the only course of action left which is PB. Maybe t...

Re: My story ... so far

Hi Trevor, Thank you for your kind and supportive words ... "if wishes were horse's, beggar's would ride" comes to mind when it comes to traveling further for a better vet. It's hard for most to understand how a simple 20 spent elsewhere can break the bank but if you have to literally watch every si...

Re: My story ... so far

Hi all, Lynne, thnx for the clarification on it's "regular" keppra 4x day dosing that you went to... that must be a tough regiment ... you have help with this? ...or you're really good at living on nap's ... ... I can see where the more smaller dose's a day spread out through out the day would...

Re: My story ... so far

Hi Cynthia, well, sounds like it coulda been any number of things ... but looks like you got a good handle on things ... I'd love to have this turn into a single, mild, once or twice a month situation here ... that would be a goal we both could live with, I got the milk thistle, it 175 mg safe...
