Lita, my 6-year old German Pinscher, has just now passed the one year mark seizure free. Because she required such a high dose of Phenobarbital in order to stop the seizures, her liver function has been regularly monitored. So far, so good!
Because of her progress, the Neurologist she sees wants to try a gradual reduction in the PB. So now we are going from 75 mg. every 12 hours to 60 mg. in the morning and 75 mg. at night. If she goes a month with no seizures, the evening dose will drop to 60 mg. as well. I consider this a huge milestone for her!
One Year Seizure Free

Good luck with the reduction. If your pup's seizures were secondary to some other cause, then the reduction might be a success, but if she's enjoying no seizures because you've found the magic bullet, you might be disappointed if she starts seizing again. I don't mean to be a downer and rain on your parade, but there's been more than one pup on this forum that have gone thru reductions and experienced consequences. I know one year seizure free is the mark the vets use, so hopefully you'll be one of the successes.
Congratulations!
