This day in age it is difficult to eat healthy. Everyone is so busy and on the mood. I try to take vitamins and supplements, but eating fruits and vegetables is better since it contains things that the vitamins can't.

I am also a health conscious person.
I like to follow a healthy diet.
I heard that for staying healthy we should never skip our our breakfast.
and don't have more oily and fatty products.
I think its better to have more veggies and fruits to our body.
we should conscious about having our food regularly.
