I am happy to see that people are getting conscious about their health. So for having health diet you can do one simple regime, that is eat 4 times a day in small quantity. start your day with glass of milk and some fruits.

This day in age it is difficult to eat healthy. Everyone is so busy and on the mood. I try to take vitamins and supplements, but eating fruits and vegetables is better since it contains things that the vitamins can't.
