Questions about the influence of diet and metabolism on seizures.

My Brittany has been on potassium bromide for ten months. He has been at therapeutic level for 9 months. He is on a raw diet. Recently, I switched him to a dehydrated raw diet - fish which he usually doesn’t eat - for almost a month for convenience. Two weeks before diet change his kbr was 20.9....five weeks later and after 3 weeks of dehydrated raw he was at 7.9! No other changes. We are baffled. Could the change in diet, specifically the sodium, cause such a dramatic decrease in his blood level?
