Peanut is gone

My beautiful baby, Peanut, 12-1/2, has passed on today. So sad.

I'm so very sorry to hear that, Rich. In your posts, you often made it feel like Peanut was the center of your universe,...so to speak. My heartfelt condolences go out to you and your family. Losing a pet is NEVER easy. At least Peanut lived to a pretty good age, and I'm sure was spoiled rotten by everyone.

Again, sorry about your loss!

RICH!!!! I'm shocked to hear this, I didn't realize that Peanut was having issues lately.

I am so incredibly sorry and I know where you're at because I was there myself (and still am) not so very long ago. You did so much for Peanut and I know that's no consolation, but in time I think you (I) will come to realize that we did all that we could and none of us on this list are slackers where our pups are concerned. It's never easy to lose a pet when you love it so much, but the epii dogs are special somehow and when we lose them it's tougher.

Sleep softly Peanut and say hi to my baby boy when you see him. I hope the pair of you run so fast together and you're happy.

Now it's our turn to suffer....

Thank you all for your condolences. Although my family is all grief stricken, there is comfort in knowing how she lived every minute of everyday with unbridled love for life.
